Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at noworriesbakery@outlook.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Each market member vendor is alloted one, 10x10 booth space. You will need to provide everything you need for your business. We suggest, because of the sun, a cannopy, fan, and a chair. Check out our Vendor Handbook for details on how to set up your booth and booth requirements. There is limited space provided.

Absolutly! Volunteer shifts at the Fair Farmers Market last the length of the market and take place outdoors - rain or shine! We seek volunteers to:

  • Assist in the info booth, helping answer shoppers' questions, selling merchansie, and overseeing market activity.
  • Manage market entrances and count the number of customers that enter and exit the market area.
  • Help vendors set up and break down their stations if needed. Run arrands for vendors at market if needed.
  • Assist with trash managment and recyling.

Please fill out a volunteer app in the 'About the Market' section if you would like to support your local community.

Each 10x10 space will be dependent on location in  the market. This covers operation costs, advertising, staff, security, and barricades. There are options to become a perminant vendor which you will then pay quarterly instead of daily before market start. The list of booth/stall prices are below in the documents folder.

For temp/non market vendors. There is a fee of $30 for a 10x10 and $50 for a 10x20. These locations are not corner spots - temp vendors will be placed every sunday after market members have been placed.

Absolutly. A temp vendor pays $30 for a 10x10 booth and is limited to three(3) markets a calander year.

This depends on the location where we set up. Currently, there are no plans to offer electricty and generators are prohibited. If you need electricity for your set up, please contact Cassie to discuss what options are available to you.  Electrical Outlets are prioritized to vendors requiring electrical to be in compliance with heath code and should not be used for things like; Fans, lights, non-food related items.

All year come rain or shine! In the event that the market has to shut down because of weather or other, an email will be sent out to all of the vendors prior to the market to inform about the closure or hour changes.

Yes. There are different hours for summer, winter, and night markets. Winter hours are 930am-1pm, while summer hours are from 830am to 1230pm. Summer night markets will be held once a month from June-September and will be from 4pm-9pm.

Yes, but is different for each catagory of vendor

  • Agriculture: There are no limits to how many food vendors the market will hold. In fact, the more the better!
  • Prepared and processed foods: To offer diversity of product in the market, there is a limited number of vendors for each catigory such as candy, coffee, bread, etc. Currently, we do not offer spaces for food trucks or on site preperation of foods. Generators are prohibited and electrical is not provided at every site.
  • Craft vendors: To offer diversity of product at the market, there is a limit on how many craft vendors we allow. A wait list will be made if multiple vendors apply for the same craft ie, soap, candles. the market allows for 20% of its vendors to be non-food related.
  • There is no resale allowed of any kind: Selling bulk items, for a friend, something that you helped make.
